West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin III issued a Proclamation for Burn Awareness Week in the Mountain State and is encouraging all citizens to support Shriners International and Shriners Hospital for Children. Manchin, along with the Logan Shrine Club, urge state residents to take appropriate precautions to protect their families from devastating burn injuries.
