PECKS MILL, W.Va. — Mr. Virgil F. Sennett, 70, of Pecks Mill, was born October 9, 1942, at Henlawson, a son of the late Ralph and Vida Barker Sennett. He departed this life Thursday, November 22, 2012, at his residence.

Mr. Sennett was retired from the CSX Railroad and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict.

Also preceding him in death was his wife, Brenda Chafin Sennett.

Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer (Clifford) Runyon of Pecks Mill; grandchildren, Cliff Alan and Kayla Runyon; sisters, Lois Bailey and Sandy Thompson, both of Pecks Mill, and brother, Roger Sennett of Winston-Salem, N.C.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, November 26, at the Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Donnie Wells officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangements.
