SHEPPARD, Mr. Virgil Lee — 11 a.m. today at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Wallburg, N.C., with the Rev. Cliff Willis, Dean Bullins and Mat Dulcie officiating. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens with Military Graveside Rites. Sheppard, 66, of Winston-Salem, N.C., died Sunday, January 6, 2013. J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home of Winston-Salem, N.C., is in charge of arrangements.
