BUFFALO CREEK — Buffalo Bob is predicting an early spring for Logan County. Buffalo Bob was also among other more famous predictors, like Punxsutawney Phil and French Creek Freddie, who also predicted an early spring.
Buffalo Bob’s home, better known as Rebel Rock, is located on the Wylo strip at Buffalo Creek. Exiting his home at sunrise Saturday, Buffalo Bob did not see his shadow. Buffalo Bob is the official groundhog for Logan County. However, those who know Buffalo Bob, said he still sees several cold spells within the next few weeks and a hot summer on the way.
Among the many Man residents witnessing Buffalo Bob’s prediction was Man Mayor Jim Blevins, Proc Cook, Donald Browning and Junior Jeffrey.
