The following criminal complaints were filed in the Logan County Magistrate Court:
• Roy Branon Cooper, 26, of Mount Gay, was charged with entering the premises of the victim, Al Service Shop in the area of Stollngs, and taking in excess of $20,950 in underground mining machine parts. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Chad Branham, 36, of Delbarton, was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, destruction of property, shooting within 500 feet of a dwelling, public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance less than 15 gms, and pedestrian in roadway.
• Jackie Lee Hoosier, 29, of Accoville, charged with burglary and conspiracy after he allegedly broke into a residence and stole items worth $270. Hoosier’s brother signed a statement saying the accused tried to sell him the items.
