The Logan County Public Service District issued a boil water advisory on Tues., Feb. 26, for the area from Rossmore to the end of Route 44 due to an interruption of water service.

The LCPSD recommends bringing the water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water.

Customers of this area will be informed when it is no longer needed to boil their water.

A boil water advisory for the areas of Mill Creek, Garretts Fork, Trace Fork, Lake, Chapmanville, Ridgeview, Crawley Creek, Sunset Court, Big Creek and the Harts Creek areas was lifted on Feb. 23.

For more information on the advisories, contact the Logan County PSD at 304-946-2641.
