Police kept busy making area arrests

HOLDEN — Local police have been busy in recent days with arrests on various moving violations as well as arrests on more serious charges.

• Danny May Devin, 20, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for reckless driving and driving without a license on March 22. He was booked at the regional jail at 6:40 p.m.

• Rodney Dale Baisden, 49, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for driving on a revoked license and defective equipment on March 20. He was booked at the regional jail at 9:20 p.m.

• Scott Dwayne Workman, 45, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for DUI, driving revoked, driving left of center, no insurance and improper registration on March 20. He was booked at the regional jail at 9:20 p.m.

• Lewarren Pierre Hadley, 28, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for leaving the scene of an accident, obstructing and filing a false report on March 19. He was booked at the regional jail at 11:15 p.m.

• Jeffrey James Kilgore, 43, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County, agency not listed, for DUI, no insurance, no seatbelt and failure to signal on March 18. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:30 a.m.

• Joan Ann Webb, 40, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for DUI, failure to maintain control and no operators on March 15. She was booked at the regional jail at 2:50 a.m.

• Jimmy Dale Arthur, 37, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for DUI, driving on a revoked license, improper registration, no insurance, domestic assault and violation of a DVP on March 15. He was booked at the regional jail at 3:40 a.m.

• Tony Merl Messer, 33, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the Logan County Sheriff’s Department for DUI in a no passing zone on March 14. He was booked at the regional jail at 1:05 p.m.

• Robert Lewis Anderson, 38, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the West Virginia State Police for driving revoked on March 14. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:54 p.m.
