The Logan High School Class of 1953 celebrated its 55th anniversary at the Chief Logan Lodge and Conference Center on October 23-25, 2008. The theme of the event was "Stayin' Alive at Fifty-five" and featured a "sock hop" reception on Thursday evening with DJ Bob Shell furnishing music from the fifties.

Guests were entertained on Friday with golf at Twisted Gun Golf Course, visits to the Chief Logan Park Museum and nature exhibits, sight-seeing points of interest and a joyful Luau Party with music furnished by the Jaguars Band.

On Saturday, the class conducted a memorial service led by John Bell, Rev. Bob Carey and Rev. Roger Spencer to honor deceased members. The evening was highlighted with a banquet and music by the Jaguars. Special guests attending were Donnie and Barbara Dyer, Francis Pierce Hampson and daughter, Sheryl Whitman, Glenna Nunn and Alice Fricke.
