The event is being held as a fund raiser for the BAA and all proceeds will go to the athletic association to benefit Burch High School athletes.
There will be 25 classes with awards being given in classes 1-22. In Class 23, the championship prize is $500, while first place will win $250, second place will win $150 and third place will win $100.
In Class 24, the Open Pacing Championship is worth $750, while first place wins $400, second place wins $250 and third place wins $100.
There will be an extra class for the chain racking championship, for which the prize will be $500, and the first place will win $250, the second place will win $150 and the third place will win $100.
Admission is $5 per person and children 6 and under will get in free. The event is being held in Borderland, which is just two miles north of Williamson on U.S. Route 119 (Corridor G). Gates open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
No alcoholic beverages will be permitted and the Burch Athletic Association, according to the press release, will not be responsible for accidents and injuries.
