The City of Logan proclaimed September 25 as "Citizens For Coal Day" in The City of Logan. Citizens for Coal is a non-profit organization dedicatied to helping maintain the vitality and productivity of the coal industry in West Virginia. On Monday, September 21, Logan Mayor Serafino Nolletti signed a proclamation to signify the importance of this organization, as well as the importance of the Coal industry for the State of West Virginia.
