Police make several local drug arrests

Area law enforcement agencies have made several drug related arrests recently according to police reports.

• Tina Hatfield, 37, of Omar, was arrested in Logan County by officers J.L. Sheppard and Aaron Newsome for possession with intent to deliver, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and no MVI on Oct. 4. She was booked at the Southwestern Regional Jail at Holden at 8:30 p.m.

• Edward Phillip Hatfield, 38, Omar, was arrested in Logan County by officers J.L. Sheppard and Aaron Newsome for possession with intent to deliver, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and no motor vehicle inspection sticker on Oct. 4. He was booked at the regional jail at at 8:30 p.m.

• Christopher Lee Meade, 29, of Holden, was arrested in Logan County by West Virginia State Police Trooper J.E. Williams for possession of a controlled substance and trespassing on Oct. 3. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:27 p.m.

• Frank Herman Stacy, 50, of Turkey Creek, Ky., was arrested in Logan County by the US 119 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance on Oct. 1. He was booked at the regional jail at 6 p.m.

• Carl Lee Baldwin, 41, of Chapmanville, was arrested in Logan County by Deputy M.B. Carter of the Logan County Sheriff's Department for possession of a controlled substance, driving on a revoked license and obstructing an officer on Sept. 19.

He was booked at the regional jail at 8:50 p.m.
