The Lady Billies won the match, 25-17, 25-20, 25-16.
Man coach Orlando Washington said it was a good win for his ballclub with the sectional tourney set to be played in about three weeks.
“We played well,” Washington said. “It seemed like the girls had a lot more fun than they usually have. Because they had fun they played better.”
Man will try to win another next Tuesday as the Lady Billies play at county rival Chapmanville.
The Lady Billies then play at Gilbert on Oct. 26, host Westside on Oct. 27 and close out the regular season by hosting Logan on Oct. 29.
