The Man Hillbillies football team made it all the way to the Class A state championship and although they didn’t win it all, they still made everyone here in Logan County proud.

The Hillbillies left their hearts on the field at Wheeling Island Stadium and we know they played their best against No. 1 Madonna.

The Hillbillies football team has nothing to hang their heads over — they went up against the best team in Class A football and performed well.

It’s a big feat just to be ranked during the regular season and an even tougher feat to win in the playoffs. Man made it all the way to the final game and played well.

The trip to the state championship has given the Man football players some very valuable experience. They made it all the way to the final game, so next year, hopefully, they can win it all.

We’re proud of you Man Hillbillies. You played your hardest and gave it all.
