The Renegades were led by Tori Patrick with 16 points.
Man fell to 9-6 on the season with the loss.
The Lady Billies are scheduled to travel to Tug Valley on Wednesday night.
“We just didn’t play well tonight,” Man coach Tonia Ward said. “I don’t know what was wrong.”
The Renegades jumped out to a 17-8 lead after the first period of play and then built their lead to 34-12 at the intermission.
Man was playing in the first half without starting center Paige Stacy, who has been sick.
The Lady Billies instead started two freshmen in Summer Sword and Taylor Whited, two juniors in cousins Malorie Vance and Rebecca Vance and senior Tabby Johnston.
Westside came out and pushed its lead to 31 points at 51-20 on two free throw by Hannah Brown with 4:18 on the clock.
The Renegades then elected to play their subs the rest of the game and coasted to the win.
Man was led in scoring by Johnston, who had 14 points. Malorie Vance had 12, Sword eight and Taylor Whited six. Rebecca Vance, Stacy and Tabby Ferguson had two points each in the losing cause.
Cheyenne Lusk added 11 for Westside.
