The Pre-K class of Mrs. Ellis and Mrs. Ferguson
The Pre-K classes of Mrs. Ellis and Mrs. Ferguson and Mrs. Preston and Ms. Terri went on a field trip to the Buffalo Creek Memorial Library, dressed as their favorite story character. Students were greeted as they entered the library by Anna Walker and Librarian Elizabeth Tackett. The librarian read the book, Don’t Wake up Momma by Eileen Christelow. Students were able to explore the library and browse age appropriate books preselected by the librarian. Tackett gave each student a sticker, a bookmark, and an application to take home and have their parents fill out for a library card. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the field trip. Danita Noel is the principal at South Man Elementary. (Photos/Submitted)
