DINGESS, W.Va. — June Blair, 80, of Dingess, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010, at her residence. Born December 20, 1929, at Cucumber, she was a daughter of the late Vane and Susannah Fuller Marcum.

Also preceding her in death were her husbands: Sherman Hall Jr. and Cole Blair; brothers and sisters, Vane Marcum Jr., Mabel Marcum, Minerva Anders, Bige Marcum, Net Porter and Ella Mae Wellman.

Survivors include three daughters, Pat Hall of Tucson, Arizona, Peggy Hannah of Milton and Pam Newsome of Dingess; one brother, Wilse Marcum of Vacaville, Calif.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, March 1, at the James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cornelius Lackey officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will begin at noon Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dignity Hospice.
