Two men from Huntington who police say are out-of-town drug dealers were arrested with two others recently in Logan County in a drug sting operation.

Members of the U.S. 119 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force arrested four suspects on April 14. The quartet was booked at the Southwestern Regional Jail at Holden on $25,000 bond each.

• Rayshawn Allah Wells, 20, of Huntington, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and fleeing on foot on April 14. He was booked at the regional jail at 6:30 p.m.

• Kawan Michael Wells, 22, of Huntington, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy and fleeing on foot on April 14. He was booked at the regional jail at 6:33 p.m.

• Kathy Yvonne Conley, 35, of Whitman, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy on April 14. She was booked at the regional jail at 6:30 p.m.

• Beverly Ann Hensley, 21, of Mount Gay, was charged with conspiracy on April 14. She was booked at the regional jail at 5:50 p.m.

According to police reports, Rayshawn Wells and Kawan Wells allegedly did conspire to deliver OxyContin with Kathy Conley.

"(Rayshawn Wells) was further found to be in possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana," one report states. "Upon attempting to arrest (Rayshawn Wells), (he) fled on foot out of the rear door of a residence."

A third complaint states Conley allegedly delivered a controlled substance to a confidential informant and "did also conspire to deliver OxyContin with Rayshawn Wells."

The fourth criminal complaint states Beverly Hensley "did conspire with Rayshawn Wells to deliver OxyContin to a cooperating individual working with the US 119 Task Force."
