BRAEHOLM — A man moving a mobile home was injured when he was hit by a car pulling off the highway Tuesday afternoon in the Buffalo Creek area of Braeholm.

Chris Spears of Lundale was driving a Ford Van when he allegedly hit Bobby Laws, a worker who was helping move a mobile home who was out of his truck on the berm of the road.

A report said Spears said he didn’t see Laws when he pulled off the road to talk to someone working at the construction site.

Laws reportedly suffered back injuries in the incident.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident.
