Born January 17, 1981, in Logan, he was a son of Leonard Adkins of Blair and the late Carolyn Crisp Adkins. Also preceding him in death was a sister, Jessica, and his grandparents, Chubby and Thelma Adkins.
Additional survivors include his wife Monica; grandparents, Tom and Elcene Crisp of Six Mile; father-in-law, McArthur Collins of Panther; brother-in-law, Brian (Erica) Collins of Panther; grandmother-in-law, Kizzie Collins of Panther, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 14 at the Monclo Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Lane officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. today at the church.
