FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — Sarah “Totsie” Lowe, 85, of Fayetteville, formerly of Logan, went to be with the Lord Monday July 12, 2010, following a long illness.

Born December 17, 1924, in Rum Creek, she was a daughter of the late George and Pearl Creech Lowe. Also preceding her death were three brothers, Moss, Bill and George Jr. Lowe, and three sisters Della Newland, Sylvia Browning and Lucille Wolford.

Ms. Lowe is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Totsie was a wonderful caregiver to her parents till their death. She was called Aunt Totsie by most and mamaw by others.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 15, at the Honaker Funeral Home in Logan. Burial will follow in Lowe family cemetery on Lowe Mountain.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
