All active soldiers will be given free admission and all veterans will be admitted for half price.
“It’s a way for us to give back to the people have given so much to all of us,” said Bill France. director of The Aracoma Story-Spirits and Legends.
This year, Boling Baker is portrayed by Shaun Adkins, a former U.S. Marine, The Man is played by Jason Grimes, who served in the U.S. Army and Scott Light who plays Dawes also served our country in Iraq.
The pre-show will be a little different that night, according to France.
“We want to make it extra special for the folks who have sacrificed on our behalf,” he said.
The show runs tonight through August 7, Tues.-Sat., at the Liz Spurlock Amphitheater at Chief Logan State Park. Showtime is 8:30 p.m. each night. The box office opens at 7:30 p.m.
