Kayla Cisco, the 18-year-old daughter of Wes and Michelle Cisco of Delbarton, was crowned th Town of Delbarton Homecoming Princess during last weekend’s Delbarton Homecoming Celebration. Cisco is a Burch High School senior who plays basketball for the Lady Bulldogs. Hundreds of people gather each year in the town of Delbarton in Mingo County for the homecoming celebration. Cisco also won Most Photogenic in the pageant.
