Born January 28, 1950, in Shively, he was a son of the late John Jr. and Mollie Bryant Kinser. Also preceding him in death was one brother, Glen Kinser; one sister, Mary Lou Perry; three nieces, Misty and Stacey Hensley and Adrienne Conley, and one great-niece, Kay Lynn Hensley.
Bobby enjoyed hanging out in his garage and spending time with his family and friends.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 26 years, Sue Kinser; three sons, Jarred Kinser, Richard Kinser and John (Sabrina Damron) Kinser, all of Smokehouse; eight sisters, Barbara (Homer) Conley, Joan Newman and Linda Hensley, all of Chapmanville, Donna Thompson and Diana (Willie) Robinson, both of Harts, Kathy (Mike) Dehart of Omar, Joyce Knipp (Mike Walker) of Man, and Karen Kinser (Ralph Adams) of Chapmanville; four brothers, George (Paula) Kinser and Greg (Toni) Perry, both of Florida, Randall Kinser (Christy Carter) of Chapmanville, and Dale (Kathy) Perry of Dunlow; two aunts, Delia Workman and Betty Bryant, and Anthony Church and Herbert Lippert.
A celebration of Bobby’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 20, at the Freeman Funeral Home with Jimmy Carter and Bobby Belcher officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Bryant Family Cemetery at Smokehouse.
Pallbearers will be John Kinser, Jarred Kinser, Jason Adams, Anthony Butcher, Anthony Church, Darren Thompson, Russell Dale Perry and George Kinser.
Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Robinson, Mike Dehart, Mike Walker, Homer Conley and Willie Abbott.
The family will receive friends from 6-10 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville has been entrusted with the arrangements.
