Some of the defendants chose to represent themselves and others had no bond as they were bound over for trial, having had bond at one time which was revoked. An indictment is not proof of guilt, only that the prosecuting attorneys office and law enforcement have provided enough evidence for a matter to go to trial for a regular jury to decide whether a defendant is innocent or guilty.
