MAN — A crash between a Logan volunteer fire truck and a car sent at least four people to the hospital early Tuesday morning.

The accident happened about 7 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of W.Va. 10 and Buffalo Creek Road near Man.

According to reports, a firefighter was treated and released, but a female and juvenile in the car were admitted with severe injuries. No information on the fourth person in the car is available.

Icy roads may have been the cause of the accident, but Man Police Chief Dave Walls said his investigation is still underway. Chief Walls expects to have more information and the cause of the accident available within the next couple of days.
