The Logan County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office posted the following pleas recently entered In the Logan County Circuit Court:

• Betty Vincell pled guilty to burglary, a felony, on Nov. 28, 2012.

• Brandon Lucas White pled guilty to computer fraud, a felony,fraudulent use of an access device, a felony, and to credit card fraud, a felony, on Nov. 30.

• Jimmy Lee Workman plead guilty to grand larceny, a felony, on Dec. 5, 2012. He will be sentenced on Feb. 5, 2013, at 9 a.m. before Judge Roger L. Perry.

• Christopher Brian Doss pled guilty to driving revoked DUI 3rd, a felony, on Dec. 11, 2012, and will be sentenced before Judge Roger L. Perry at a later date.

• Darlena Maynor pled guilty to two counts of child neglect creating a substantial risk of serious injury, felonies, on Dec. 13, 2012, and will be sentenced on the Feb. 13, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Roger L. Perry.

• Kenneth Files pled guilty to delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, a felony, on Dec. 13, 2012, and will be sentenced on Feb. 19,2013, at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Roger L. Perry.

• Billy Mitchem pled guilty to “driving revoked or suspended for DUI 3rd offense”, a felony, on Dec. 18, 2012, and was sentenced on the same day before Logan County Circuit Court Judge Roger L. Perry.

• Walter Wolford pled guilty to “conspiracy to commit burglary”, a felony, in case 11-F-107-P, “conspiracy to commit burglary” in case 12-F-22-P, a felony, “receiving stolen property in excess of $1,000.00”, a felony, in case 12-F-112-P and to “conspiracy to commit grand larceny”, a felony, in case 12-f-112-p on Dec. 27, 2012. He will be sentenced at 9 a.m. Jan. 30, 2013, before Logan County Circuit Court Judge Roger L. Perry.
