CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Donald Lee Hill, 71, of Chapmanville, went home to be with the Lord Monday, February 25, 2013, at CAMC General Division in Charleston.

Born October 2, 1941, he was a son of the late Delmar and Vinnie Ball Hill. Also preceding him in death was a daughter, Leasa Hill, and a brother, Jerry Hill.

Donald was a retired coal miner and was a member of the Gospel Center Tabernacle in West Madison.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; son, Kevin (Anita) Hill of Harts Creek; grandchildren, Kacee, Allie, Brooklyn and Nevin; sisters, Kathryn Pauley of Hurricane and Anita Alter of Cross Lanes; brothers, Harold Hill of South Madison, Ronald Hill of Foster, Charles Hill of North Carolina, Glen Hill of Illinois and Danny Hill of Arkansas.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 28, at Handley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park at Danville.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
