In this series you will learn:
• how to perform basic yoga postures using correct alignment and form
• how to coordinate your movement and breathing to create a fusion in the body that will relax and rejuvenate you
• how to deeply surrender and allow the body and mind to restore
This six week series will be taught by Kay Smith.
Series dates are Tuesdays, September 15-October 20, from 6-7 p.m. Cost for the six classes is $60.
The class will meet on the Logan Campus of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College, Building A, Room 111.
Supplies needed are a yoga mat and one or two firm blankets.
