ALBERTA CONLEY
HENLAWSON, W.Va. — Alberta Conley, 94, our beloved precious Mother, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012, at the Trinity Healthcare after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease to go home to be with the Lord.
Born October 31, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Nancy Chapman. Also preceding her in death were her siblings, Burley, Arch, Frank and Roy Chapman, Zell Baker, Lottie Wright and Delilah Richardson; children, Donna R. Sklenar, William J. Vinson and Buddy R. Everman, and granddaughter, Summer Vinson.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Conley of Ethel; daughters, Nancy Everman of Logan and Twilla (Robert) Runyon of Whitman; son, Samuel K. (Rose) Vinson of Ethel; granddaughters, Joyce Collins and Vicky Mowery of Canton, Ohio, Kristi Wallen of Ethel, and Jennifer Vannatter of Holden; grandsons, Jason Hensley and Derek Vinson of Florida and Kevin Vinson of Ethel, and great-grandchildren, Alexis Collins, Olivia and Ryan Mowery, Joshua Wallen and Kaylee Vannatter.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today, May 15, at Highland Memory Gardens with the Rev. John Godby officiating.
There will be no visitation.
James Funeral Home of Aracoma is in charge of the arrangements.
