POLLY WORKMAN

CALLHAN, Fla. — Polly Coburn Workman, 84, of Callahan, Fla., formerly of Harts, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Life Care Center in Hilliard, Fla.

Born August 13, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Charley and Sarah Dalton Coburn. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Jay Workman; one son, Charley Workman; one grandson, Jay Workman; one brother, John Ed, and two sisters, Isabelle, and Edna.

Polly was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a school bus driver for Nassua County for over 10 years.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Richard and Stoney Workman; one brother, Bill Coburn; two sisters, Henrietta and Naomi; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday, June 9, at Coburn Cemetery at Little Harts with Dave Adkins officiating.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at Freeman Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangements.
