LOGAN KEY

ROBINETTE, W.Va. — Logan Jonathan Key, 41, of Robinette, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 6, 2012, from CAMC General Division at Charleston.

Born December 16, 1970, at Ft. Knox, Ky., he was a son of Richard and Sharon Evans Ellis of Robinette and Donald and Sherre Davis Key of Shady Spring.

Preceding him in death were his maternal grandparents, Alex and Dova Evans, and his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Key.

A 1990 graduate of Man High School, Logan was an avid Hillbilly football fan. He attended the Accoville United Methodist Church, where he helped with Vacation Bible School and all church fund raisers, delivered meals through the outreach program, served as an usher, and did anything else he was asked to do. A person who loved life, Logan enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, NASCAR and 4-wheeling. Logan never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.

Additionally, those left to cherish his memory include one sister, Tiffany (Jim) Morrison of Logan; one brother, Donald R. (Regina) Key Jr. of Logan; his extended family, Tanya and Shane Ellis; a very special niece, Jessica Nicole Morrison; two very special nephews, Johnny Charles Morrison and Jacob Edward Key; a very special friend, Kevin Mays of Mallory, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at noon Saturday, June 9, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home with Rev. P.J. Tomblin, Rev. Norman Harvey and Rev. Jackie Grimmett officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. today and one hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
