LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Cecellia Mae Phillips Miller Lowe, 84, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 1, 2012, at her home in Las Vegas, with her family by her side.

Preceding her in death was her first husband, Brady Miller; her parents; one sister; two brothers, and one grandchild.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Lowe; sons, Greg (Sherry) Miller of Corvallis, Mont., and Mike (Merrie) Miller and Brian (Shelley) Miller, both of Las Vegas; daughter, Teressa (Terry) Oaks of Pahrump, Calif.; stepdaughter, Ann Kazee of Logan; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Duane (Leona) Phillips of Hamilton, Mont., and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

A special thank you to Mary (Mert) Miller for her dedicated support in the care of Mom during her illness.

Viewing will be from 10 a.m.-noon, Sunday, Sept. 9, with services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89123.
