McCLOUD, William “Bill” Jennings — 2 p.m. today at the Central United Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Skeens officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby with Military Graveside Rites. McCloud, 54, of Whitman, formerly of Dingess, died Tuesday, September 18, 2012. James Funeral Home of Aracoma is in charge of the arrangements.
