LOGAN - The National Weather Service has extended a flash flood watch through this weekend.
More rain is forecast for Friday and Saturday, and many streams are already swollen and the ground is saturated.
Recent rains will bring the potential for flooding of small creeks and streams, according to the NWS. This will transition into strong rises on area rivers over the next few days.
Another strong system with the potential for heavy rains is expected over the upcoming weekend.
Temperatures will range from the mid 50s during the day to the low 40s at night.
