The Logan High School soccer team stands at 6-2 on the season after winning 5-1 at Wyoming East on Thursday.
Natalie Blankenship kicked in a trio of goals for the Lady Cats. Peyton Ilderton had a pair of goals.
Emily Ball had three assists. Ilderton and Tiffany May had one each.
Logan goalkeeper Emma Elkins had two saves and won her sixth game of the season.
The Lady Cats were scheduled to play at Nito on Tuesday. Logan plays at Poca on Thursday at 6 p.m., then hosts Herbert Hoover on Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. before hosting Lincoln County on Sept. 24 at 6.
LOGAN 3, MINGO CENTRAL 0: The Logan High School girls' soccer team went to Mingo Central on Sept. 10 and won 3-0 over the Miners.
Madison Mullins booted in a pair of goals for Logan. Peyton Ilderton had a goal as well.
Natalie Blankenship, Ilderton and Tiffany May all had assists. Emma Elkins, Logan's goalie, stopped all seven of Mingo Central's shots on goal.
CHAPMANVILLE 2, SHERMAN 0: The Chapmanville girls' soccer team won 2 to nil at Sherman on Monday evening.
Ayana Carver scored a goal for the Lady Tigers on an assist from Angel Conley and a corner kick from Pattricia Haddox.
Kaylie Toler scored the Lady Tigers' second goal off an assist from Abbie Myers.
On Sept. 12, Chapmanville lost 6-0 at Poca. Goalie Mackenzie Phipps has 15 saves. On Sept. 9, CRHS lost 11-0 to Nitro.
Chapmanville (3-4), hosts Winfield on Thursday at 8 p.m., then travels to Riverside on Saturday at 1.

The Tigers lost 9-1 at home to Nitro on Sept. 9, then lost 11-0 at Poca on Sept. 12.
Chapmanville Regional was slated to play at Lincoln County on Saturday and at Scott on Tuesday.
The Tigers host Winfield on Thursday at 6 and travel to Riverside on Saturday at 11 a.m.
n The Logan High School boys' soccer team is 3-6. The Wildcats fell 9-1 at home to Mingo Central on Sept. 10 and on 9-3 at Man on Sept. 11.
Logan as slated to play at Martin County, Kentucky, on Saturday and at Lincoln County on Tuesday.
LHS plays at St. Albans on Thursday at 6 p.m. and hosts Herbert Hoover on Saturday at noon.
Man (0-6) plays at Martin County on Saturday.
